HAYEJIN RiceFila Oil Toner

It separates in the bottle on purpose. An oil layer sits on an essence layer, and you shake them together before pouring — Korean readers describe it as a toner and a cream sharing one bottle. The ingredient list shows exactly that: triethylhexanoin and a hydrogenated olefin sit at two and three, directly under water. Rice appears three separate times further down.
